New page

== Class Description ==
This class teaches you the basics of digital logic structures. You'll learn how to make AND, OR, NOR, NAND, and other kinds of electrical logic gates. It's just like redstone in Minecraft, except pain.
== Advice for Students Taking ECE233 ==

==== Extra Time Accommodations ====
If you are eligible for an extra time accommodation, you may want to avoid taking the class with Dr. Shoushan. She is extremely concerned with exam security, and tries to make all students with extended time start the test at the same time in the testing center. If you have a conflict with another class, this can prove problematic.

==== Labs ====
Read the lab instructions closely. It's easy to miss something and end up having to redo half the lab because of it.

==== Required Software ====
This class requires the use of Quartus and ModelSim. See [[Quartus and ModelSim]] for information on getting this software to run on Linux.
